The Solution starts by meeting the client at their current stage, identify and starts to remove the obstructing patterns, and then help the client to grow onward.

This customized solution considers the total person with evolving growth that is long-term and sustainable. Pace is determined by the client with directional guidance from Rob.

I’ve struggled with chronic headaches and neck and shoulder pain for years. Throw in a difficult postpartum experience with added knee and hip pain for the past two years. It's clear to me why Rob's brand is Perpetual Health. This is not your average trainer at the gym. This is even more obvious when you consider you're working out with your trainer on a computer screen. 

The real magic here is that despite coming to you virtually, Rob is able to see your movement, pinpoint exactly what you may be doing incorrectly, tell you how to fix it, and then, how to pay attention to your body's movement. The result is that you become more aware of your movement when you're working out alone, enabling you to self-correct if needed. All from the comfort of your own living room. 

It took Rob only a few movements for him to notice that my left hip doesn't move with the same ease or flexibility as my right. What he didn't know was that I was born with a disjointed left hip that required surgery as an infant. We've been focused on making my left hip stronger and using muscles more evenly. To this end, Rob's post-workout notes are so detailed that it makes working out on your own much easier. He breaks down every move to help you recall the exercise and combines exercises into different rounds so you can practice them separately or together, in smaller chunks of time if necessary. After one hour with Rob, I not only feel like I get a good workout in, but my mind feels clearer and more focused. After several sessions with Rob, I feel like I'm on the road to something much, much bigger.

Well, I'd like to explain what Rob does, but I can't. It just works. Here's what we accomplished in a few months:

My sprained ankle felt so good that after two weeks I didn't need to brace it anymore. Actually, I did because then I played volleyball and dislocated my knee. But! With Rob's help my healing time for that has been cut in half and the pain went down with every session.

I'm sleeping better.

I carry less stress through the day = less joint pain.

My anger isn't as intense. I've spent years figuring out why I react the way I do to situations, but there was a physical intensity that I couldn't release on my own. It was like I was locked in a pattern. It's going away.

Rob is the most AMAZING physical therapist/trainer/voodoo worker/therapist I have ever worked with. What should I expect from my first session?

Clients can expect to discuss history of what they are trying to achieve and what their patterns of successes and failures have been. Then I start the work to eliminate these limiting patterns. Helping to build and push their momentum forward in the direction the client truly wants. It can be as straight forward as recognizing what choices you have available to knowing you want to move forward differently. It can be done through discussions, meditation, breath work and even movement. Sessions are directed to be where a client is at in the moment, so they can see more immediate progress and start moving forward more rapidly.

 

Who do you work with?

I work with a wide range of clients with a wide range of goals and objectives and issues. From physical pain or limitations, to growing business to finding a new path and any where a client feels stuck or trapped in. I do not work with anyone under the age of 18.

How do you work with corporations and organizations?

I mainly work with individuals at the executive management level but I also work with management on lower levels depending on the organization and issues. Depending on the goals, I look for where are the sticking points, either as a person or a team. I help to build a cohesive higher functioning team in order to create a more dynamic output. They are able to then take in more details and information, instantly helping them have more directed communications, better and more instinctual decisions, to allow more creativity to flow for better solutions for themselves and the company. The work creates a unique strength to increase the ability to handle the stress of their work day and personal life, easing the stress around them but also elevating their natural ability to lead. These are private session and they can be done in person or online, depending on the client, corporation, size of work and the immediacy of the problems.

  

How long does it take to see results?

Clients typically feel a difference after one or two sessions, but it can take time for new patterns take hold and create more noticeable and permanent changes.


How intense will sessions be?

This depends completely on the client and their individual goals. The work is personally tailored to you and where you are in the moment, not beyond it, so that you can find success and growth at each step. Each session builds on itself, allowing a progression toward each goal.

Due to the personal nature of the work and to help my clients focus I am online and I only do a limited amount of in person sessions at this time. Before working with any client, I have a brief initial conversation, this can be done via telephone or over email. After that, an initial session can be scheduled to follow or at another day and time. Sessions are by appointment only.

Payments can be made by electronic transfer, Venmo, credit card, check or cash. Insurance is not accepted.

Sessions are at least an hour and can blend breath work, meditative release and physical corrections, and/or coaching depending on the individual goals and needs.
